Phytosanitary and Restrictions

Restrictions by variety: 

Grass- Imperata kenigii 'Red Baron' only permitted to ship into the following states: Canada (all provinces), Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin

Restrictions by state:
 
Idaho - No grasses allowed to ship into Idaho Weeks 1-52. No Panicum virgatum.

Maine - No Aegopodium podagraria.

Montana - No plants permitted to ship into Montana June 1st - September 30th. (All grasses must be produced and shipped outside of this restricted period, known as the Japanese Beetle Flight Season). Treatment is acceptable for grasses produced and shipped October 1st - May 31st.

Oregon - No grasses permitted to ship into Oregon June 1st - September 30th (All grasses must be produced and shipped outside of this restricted period, known as the Japanese Beetle Flight Season). All Buddleia davidii are restricted from shipping into this state.

Wisconsin - The following varieties are not permitted to ship into Wisconsin: Aegopodium podagraria Variegatum, Myosotis sylvatica 'Victoria Blue', 'Victoria Rose', 'Victoria White', Filipendula ulmaria 'Variegata'.

Utah -  No grasses permitted to ship into Utah July1st - October 31st. (All grasses must be produced and shipped outside of this restricted period, known as the Japanese Beetle Flight Season).

Washington - No Buddleia davidii

Canada - Import permits are required by the end customer for the following varieties: Allium (all varieties), Chrysanthemum (all varieties), Dendranthema (all varieties)    

We reserve the right to not ship plant material based on the changing legislation by state for restricted plants.
